{"id":11578,"date":"2023-10-20T11:44:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T11:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worx.pt\/?p=11578"},"modified":"2023-10-20T11:44:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T11:44:42","slug":"axpo-goldenergy-occupy-550-sqm-in-malhoa-27","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worx.pt\/en\/axpo-goldenergy-occupy-550-sqm-in-malhoa-27\/","title":{"rendered":"Axpo Goldenergy occupy nearly 550 sq.m in Malhoa 27"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;The decoration of the new Axpo Portugal and Goldenergy offices in the Malhoa 27 building is being designed to be ecologically responsible, which is in line with the ecological values we share with our clients and partners,&#8221; emphasises Miguel Checa, CEO of Goldenergy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Worx<\/strong> was responsible for the occupation process for <strong>Axpo Goldenergy, on 546m2 of Floor 8 in the Malhoa 27 building<\/strong>, thus reinforcing the company&#8217;s presence in the energy sector in Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the Swiss company Axpo bought the Portuguese natural gas and electricity supplier Goldenergy in its entirety and now felt the need to choose a new space that would be beneficial for the growth and development of both.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/worx.pt\/en\/real-estate\/jose-malhoa-27\/\">Malhoa 27 building<\/a>, owned by CA patrim\u00f3nio crescente and managed by Square, was chosen based on a series of amenities, including its proximity to the Sete Rios interface, as well as a private terrace overlooking Monsanto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miguel Checa<\/strong>, <em>CEO<\/em> of Goldenergy says that &#8220;the infrastructure of the space reflects our corporate culture and values. The building&#8217;s modern, flexible and spacious design not only provides a wellbeing, collaborative and productive working environment for our employees, but also aligns perfectly with our brand image as an innovative company with a significant presence in our energy sector. Being in a central business area allows us to attract qualified talent, welcome clients, partners and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and expanding our influence in the market.
