Acciona Energ\u00eda was looking for a new space in the west corridor, close to its current location, in order to emphasise the importance it attaches to its employees’ social and recreational areas. In the Atlas III building, the energy company managed to find a space that met all these requirements, in a new 468 square metre unit with a large terrace overlooking a green park.<\/p>\n
The building, acquired by Incus Capital in 2019, has appreciated in value through the several refurbishments that have been carried out in the common areas.<\/p>\n
Sofia Tavares<\/strong>, Head of Office<\/em> at JLL, says that “Acciona Energ\u00eda wanted to strengthen the experience of its employees, particularly in the more social and leisure areas. These requirements are very difficult to fulfil immediately in a highly competitive market in terms of demand and with a shortage of supply. Atlas III thus brings proximity to Lisbon, bus lines with direct links to the city centre, making it an immediate potential candidate. It’s a comfortable location, with excellent infrastructure and a terrace – features that meet the organisation’s vision, with the potential to develop and stimulate the entire social structure, promoting the well-being and socialisation of employees.”<\/p>\nFor F\u00e1bio Fontes<\/strong>, Consultant<\/em> at Worx Real Estate Consultants, “we were delighted to represent Incus Capital in yet another letting transaction in the Atlas III building.
