Worx Real Estate Consultants and Savills have just placed the Aut\u00f3noma Group in the Green Park Galleries<\/strong><\/b>, an operation that marks a significant development in the city’s educational panorama.<\/p>\n

CEU<\/a>, the entity responsible for the economic and financial management of the Aut\u00f3noma University of Lisbon<\/a>, will occupy a total area of approximately 1,870 sq.m<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0which, in the future, will be home to its “S\u00e3o Francisco das Miseric\u00f3rdias” School of Nursing<\/strong><\/b> and which will integrate all of its academic offerings.<\/p>\n

The chosen space is currently undergoing renovation work, in a project <\/strong><\/b> carried<\/strong> out by Done Design To Build<\/strong><\/b><\/a> <\/b>– the architecture and construction management company of Worx Real Estate Consultants. This project will allow these 1,870 sq.m<\/span>\u00a0to be adapted to the specific needs of an educational space that is intended to be dynamic and innovative, in line with new market trends.<\/p>\n

Strategically located in the Laranjeiras area, Green Park is an important landmark in the city of Lisbon<\/strong><\/b> and in the architecture of the 80s\/90s. Located on Avenida dos Combatentes, the asset represents an opportunity for companies and other types of organisations to settle, not only because of its proximity to Pra\u00e7a de Espanha, 2\u00aa Circular, and other important arteries in the city, but also because of its generous areas.<\/p>\n

Bernardo Duarte Martins, <\/strong>Consultant<\/strong><\/em><\/b> at<\/strong> Worx<\/strong><\/b>, emphasises that “With the completion of this placement, the Green Park Galleries have reached 100% occupancy<\/strong><\/b>, which makes Novo Banco, the owner, particularly pleased, after the investments that have been made in renovating the building and its exterior areas. Being able to accompany CEU not only in the process of choosing this space, but also in the project that will be carried out through Done, is yet another example of the added value of having a multidisciplinary team at our clients’ disposal.”<\/p>\n
