Worx Real Estate Consultants<\/strong> advised S317 Consulting, a leading international management consulting and engineering company, on the choice of its new office in Lisbon, in the Berna 24 Building<\/strong>, located on Avenida de Berna, close to the emblematic gardens of the Gulbenkian Foundation and Campo Pequeno. S317 Consulting has leased a total area of 800 m2, thus strengthening its presence in the capital.<\/p>\n

The Berna 24 Building<\/strong> is owned by the CA Patrim\u00f3nio Crescente<\/strong> fund, managed by Square Asset Management<\/strong>, and is a benchmark in the Lisbon office market. The choice of this building reflects S317 Consulting’s aim to consolidate and expand its activity, benefiting from modern facilities, privileged access and proximity to essential services.<\/p>\n

Marketed by Cr\u00e9dito Agr\u00edcola, the CA Patrim\u00f3nio Crescente Fund is the largest open-ended real estate investment fund on the Iberian Peninsula. It has been in business for 19 years, has more than 22,000 subscribers and around 1.3 billion euros in assets under management.
