Amplifon Portugal has moved to a new office space. With the support of Cushman & Wakefield, the owner of the Minisom Hearing Centres brand found the solution to its needs in the Q57 – D. Sancho I building in Quinta da Fonte.
The building was presented by Cushman & Wakefield and Worx Real Estate Consultants, which represented MEAG, the building’s owner, in this transaction. It should be mentioned that the company was already in Quinta da Fonte, but in another building. Recognising the added value of being integrated into a business park and enjoying the characteristics of Quinta da Fonte, now Amplifon Portugal has chosen the Q57 – D. Sancho I building.
The company will occupy around 600 sq.m of the building, which stands out for its high quality as well as its excellent sun exposure and private terrace.
According to Emílio Martano, Amplifon’s Managing Director, “investing in an expansion plan that covers the whole country, Minisom, an Amplifon Brand, has grown by investing in its human assets, their development, training and well-being. The change to the new space will provide our employees with a more innovative, brighter and more spacious working environment, integrating the professional and recreational aspects as well, with spaces for socialising and leisure time.”
Jorge Telles de Carvalho, Consultant at Worx Real Estate Consultants, says that “it was a pleasure to represent MEAG throughout the negotiation process. It is in fact a concerned landlord, very interested in ensure good conditions for its tenants, and has been investing over the last few months in improving its buildings, with a focus on sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.”
