WORX has announced that it has placed the Lakhani Group in Tower G of Torres de Lisboa. The 468 sqm of office space were occupied by the engineering consultancy the Lakhani Group, which is strengthening its presence in the Portuguese market.
The new tenant of Torres de Lisboa was founded 38 years ago, with operations in India, Canada, and the United States. The company’s significant growth in recent years and new hires in the national market drove the search for a new office space.
The excellent condition and renovation of the building’s units allowed for the swift occupancy of the Lakhani Group, which has already secured the expansion of the occupied area in 2024.
