Liberdade 224 building is now fully occupied. Real Estate consultants Worx and CBRE were responsible for leasing the entire office building in Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon.
With 5.750 sq.m distributed over nine floors, it is now occupied by several renowned brands such as Amorim Luxury or BestSeller, among others. After a thorough rehabilitation that included a comprehensive modernization of both common and private areas, the renovated building features recent, modern, and attractive infrastructure, which contributed to the successful leasing of all office areas.
