Worx and JLL have placed Acciona Energía in the building owned by Incus Capital.
Acciona Energía, a 100% renewable energy company with no fossil legacy in the world, has moved into Atlas III, an office building in Miraflores.
The transaction was finalised by JLL, which represented Acciona Energía through its Tenant Representation department in the search, selection and negotiation of this asset, and by Worx, which represented the owner.
Acciona Energía was looking for a new space in the west corridor, close to its current location, in order to emphasise the importance it attaches to its employees’ social and recreational areas. In the Atlas III building, the energy company managed to find a space that met all these requirements, in a new 468 square metre unit with a large terrace overlooking a green park.
The building, acquired by Incus Capital in 2019, has appreciated in value through the several refurbishments that have been carried out in the common areas.
Sofia Tavares, Head of Office at JLL, says that “Acciona Energía wanted to strengthen the experience of its employees, particularly in the more social and leisure areas. These requirements are very difficult to fulfil immediately in a highly competitive market in terms of demand and with a shortage of supply. Atlas III thus brings proximity to Lisbon, bus lines with direct links to the city centre, making it an immediate potential candidate. It’s a comfortable location, with excellent infrastructure and a terrace – features that meet the organisation’s vision, with the potential to develop and stimulate the entire social structure, promoting the well-being and socialisation of employees.”
