WORX Real Estate Consultants announces the addition of Bernardo Namorado to its Capital Markets team. With experience in real estate finance and investment management, Bernardo strengthens the team in a year in which the consultancy celebrates three decades of activity.
The WORX Capital Markets team begins 2026 on an expansionary note, with the addition of Bernardo Namorado, in a strategic move that reflects the consultancy’s approach of combining operational knowledge in real estate with advanced financial skills, strengthening its ability to respond to the growing complexity of the sector.
Bernardo Namorado brings consolidated experience in real estate, combining a solid technical background in civil engineering with a strategic business perspective developed through the International MBA at The Lisbon MBA (Católica | Nova). He has worked for companies in Portugal and the United Kingdom, such as Regal London (now Arada London) and Criterion Capital, where he deepened his technical skills in the development of residential and commercial projects. He currently applies this practical experience to the analysis and evaluation of real estate investments.
