Real Estate consultants Worx and JLL have announced that they are responsible for the full occupancy of Castilho 77, the new office space developed by the Ritz Hotel.
The companies that have taken up the entire space are Springer Nature, HorseTeam, Luxury Boutique Real Estate and Elevate Plures Investments, an investment company that has moved its headquarters to this building and will bring a group of leading international brands in the Advanced Aesthetics sector to occupy the entire 2nd floor.
The Castilho 77 space, which also houses the Michelin-starred Kabuki restaurant and a new two-storey car park with spaces for charging electric vehicles and washing cars, is the result of the refurbishment and modernisation of the former galleries of the Ritz Hotel, with a view to providing premium workspaces in line with the positioning desired by reference entities such as those now present in the building.
These companies occupy an area of around 2,300 sq.m at Castilho 77, which made the success of this action easier by combining high-quality refurbishment with a privileged location in the heart of the Prime CBD.
Bernardo Zammit de Vasconcelos, Head of Agency at Worx Real Estate Consultants, believes that “deals and movements like this totally demystify the fears that have been raised in the real estate market, particularly the office market. Companies may be concerned about designing hybrid and sustainable models, among others, but this has never understimate the importance of the office. On the other hand, the new paradigms reinforce their importance: both in terms of quality and quantity of space to work in.”
