Lisbon, August 29, 2024 – The real estate consultancy Worx Real Estate Consultants announces the placement of the company Neotalent Conclusion in the Edifício Lisboa, in Parque das Nações, having advised between this company and the owner of the building, the Millennium bcp Pension Fund, managed by the Ageas Portugal Group.
Neotalent Conclusion, one of the largest Iberian specialists in Information Technology (IT) and Engineering consultancy services, with a focus on nearshore and capacity solutions, recently became part of the Dutch group Conclusion, a conglomerate with more than 30 IT companies. Following this change in structure, the need arose to find premises to accommodate this group company in Portugal.
The main search criteria included proximity and accessibility to the current facilities, as well as quality space with the capacity to accommodate the company’s growth over the coming years.
The river view, with plenty of natural light, and the opportunity to create a project tailored to the occupants, made Edifício Lisboa the ideal choice for Neotalent Conclusion. In addition to this, the strategic location in Parque das Nações, with access to the Gare do Oriente transport hub, as well as the surrounding services and restaurants, was also an important factor in this decision, in order to guarantee good conditions for its employees as a fundamental element in the strategy of involvement and proximity to talent.
