Miraflores, a parish in the municipality of Oeiras and next to Algés, is on the edge of the city of Lisbon, and next to the A5 motorway, which allows easy access to Cascais and the centre of Lisbon.
In addition to this accessible location, Miraflores has seen the appearance of a number of office buildings for rent in recent decades, by companies seeking to be near Oeiras and Lisbon, but without being in the city centre, to take advantage of the ease of access, the existence of parking and office space for rent with good areas.
