- Coworking spaces recorded a take-up of almost 8,300 sq.m, and represented 4% of the total office take-up in Greater Lisbon. Worx is part of this growth, as it was involved in the placement of 46% of these, the highest market participation share ever.
- Monday and Nimble were the main operators to register major occupations in 2024, in a clear consolidation of coworkings and flex offices in the national market.
