Vortal, the world’s leading company in eSourcing and eProcurement solutions, has moved its premises to the Green Park building, partially occupying one of the floors of the Galerias in this office block.
The Green Park Galleries stand out for their central location, close to Universidade Católica and Cidade Universitária, with good access (next to 2ª Circular and Eixo N/S) and very close to the Praça de Espanha and Cidade Universitária metro stations. This office space is characterised by its large floor areas and high ceilings, which allow for a variety of architectural approaches in its fitting out.
Vortal now occupies a 2,652 sq.m space, having remodelled the office space to better adapt it to the needs of its team and work dynamics.
The inauguration was attended by the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Administrative Modernisation, Mário Campolargo, who emphasised that Vortal is a “paradigm for Portuguese companies”, for developing innovative solutions and investing in exports.
Currently, “the Lisbon office is a centre of excellence for innovation and 40% of the Vortal group’s sales are to foreign markets,” said CEO Jorge Macara.
Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos, Head of Agency at Worx Real Estate Consultants, who represented the Novo Banco group, which owns the building, commented on this placement that “Galerias GreenPark has allowed VORTAL to find new premises that are adaptable to its needs, with good floor areas and maintaining a central location well served by transport, one of the company’s priorities”.
Currently, a space of around 1,500 sq.m is still available to rent in the same building, being commercialised by Worx Real Estate Consultants and JLL.
