Worx and JLL were responsible for leasing Edifício Pinta in Entrecampos

Located next to Entrecampos Metro/Train Hub, the asset has a total available area of up to 1,853 square meters.

Edifício Pinta, an office asset with a total available area of up to 1,853 square meters, is being leased by Worx and JLL, through their Office Leasing teams.

Situated right next to Entrecampos station, in Lisbon, the building features seven floors, a ground floor, and four basement levels with a total of 129 parking spaces. In terms of amenities, the asset boasts a floor for common use, including a cafeteria, meeting rooms, a lounge, changing rooms, and a garden.

Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos, Head of Agency at Worx Real Estate Consultants, states that “the Edifício Pinta is an asset to our portfolio, thanks to its excellent location, proximity to services, and excellent accessibility, which, combined with the availability of ready-to-occupy floors, generate high interest from various entities and different sectors.”

“Moving offices is a process that sometimes requires significant investment in fit-out or other space adaptation works. Additionally, in the context of the great instability we are currently experiencing globally, there are more and more companies looking for solutions that can quickly adapt to unexpected changes. Ready-to-occupy offices like the Edifício Pinta, therefore, reinforce the offer in this regard, being particularly attractive to companies looking for temporary solutions, with minimal investment or for immediate occupation,” emphasizes Sofia Tavares, Head of Office Leasing at JLL Portugal.

“In an area like Entrecampos, where parking can sometimes be a challenge, the Edifício Pinta offers a parking ratio much higher than what is usually found in this area of Lisbon. Furthermore, the existence of common spaces, such as the cafeteria, lounge area, and meeting rooms, is very important to promote collaborative work dynamics, something especially relevant in the era of hybrid work. This is because going to the office is increasingly important for collaboration moments and not just for presence,” adds Sofia Tavares.
