Luís Serra joins the Marketing Department as Head of Marketing and Culture. He has a solid career of more than 15 years in the Marketing and Advertising areas, specializing in strategy and holding various leadership positions. His directional vision, combined with his ability to lead teams and drive results, make him a valuable addition to the WORX team. At the same time, he is Co-Founder of Ra-Ro, a startup dedicated to preserving endangered regional products, reinforcing his commitment to cultural and social causes. Outside of work, he likes to explore the underwater world through scuba diving, trains his patience and creativity with the art of bonsai cultivation and brings detailed constructions to life with Legos. These passions reveal his curious, methodical and creative side.

Regarding this new professional challenge, Luís Serra comments: “What excited me most about this new stage was the openness to receive someone with a vision that is out of the ordinary in the industry. This willingness to do things differently goes a long way to creating an impact. I believe in a constructive, close and tactical approach, which starts with listening and understanding the real needs of those inside and outside.
