Aquila Capital is a globally operating renewable energy company that opened its first headquarters in Portugal in the Semapa office building, in the center of Lisbon, next to Marquês de Pombal.
The challenge of this architectural project was to create a space that would reflect a company in constant expansion, which is characterized by teamwork. At the same time, the design of this office aimed to promote multidisciplinarity and enhance the future expansion of this company in the national market.
The architectural solution involved adopting a very clean and contemporary language, in an office space that unfolds along corridors punctuated with vegetation and nooks for collaborative areas.
The concern with real estate sustainability was also part of this fit out project, through the use of national and sustainable materials, namely through the implantation of cork on the floor and the use of furniture with ecological fabrics.
