Worx Real Estate Consultants was responsible for placing two companies in Quinta da Fonte, reflecting the constant demand for the Western Corridor.
The first placement corresponded to the expansion of the facilities of a global leader in executive aviation services, which found in the D. Sancho I – Q57 building the answer to its needs for office space with larger areas.
The second place went to Blue Sites Telco, which was looking for office space in a business park that could offer its employees a better lifestyle and therefore chose to rent a fraction on level 3 of the D. Diniz – Q55 building, one of the most modern buildings in Quinta da Fonte.
Quinta da Fonte main features
This office park offers a wide range of services (gym, car wash, hairdresser, among others) and restaurants, and has more than 3,000 car parking spaces, including spaces with electric chargers. As sustainability is a key issue at Quinta da Fonte, MEAG, the owner of both buildings, has been carrying out various improvements to them, with objectives such as reducing the environmental footprint, increasing energy efficiency and optimising waste management. In addition, the improvement of the outdoor spaces has also contributed to an increased sense of well-being in these office buildings.
