Worx and Cushman & Wakefield responsible for the commercialisation of 4000 sq.m in the Jean Monnet Building 1

Worx Real Estate Consultants, the only major consultancy with 100% national capital and an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, announces that, in co-exclusive partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, it has been mandated by Sonagi to lease approximately 4,000 sq.m in the Jean Monnet 1 building, located next to Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon.

The property consists of 12 floors for offices and services and, as mentioned above, is close to one of Lisbon’s main thoroughfares, Avenida da Liberdade, which guarantees proximity to luxury retail, hotels, services, the headquarters of large companies and public transport.

The building is currently used as the headquarters of the European Parliament and the European Commission in the Portuguese capital and is undergoing extensive remodelling following Sonagi’s purchase of more than 70% of the building.

The aim of this remodelling is to adapt it to new working trends, but also to sustainability, with the owner aiming for Breeam Gold certification.
