As part of its Urban Planning Department, WORX Real Estate Consultants is launching a new business area, the Project Validation and Audit Area.
Prepared to respond to the new challenges that legislative changes will pose in the context of SIMPLEX urban planning licensing processes, this new area will ensure an additional and supplementary level of control to the control that technical project authors already have over their architectural projects.
With a multidisciplinary team made up of urban planners and architects with vast experience, WORX is thus fully prepared to provide its clients with services to (re)verify the compliance of architectural projects with the applicable legal, urban and architectural rules and regulations.
