WORX Real Estate Consultants begins 2025 by welcoming two new members, whose purpose and motivation will contribute to strengthening its position as one of the leading commercial real estate consultancies in Portugal.
Francisca Pinto Viana, from Madrid, joins the Capital Markets team as an Investment Consultant, bringing a combination of experience in strategic consulting and real estate investment, in both the national and international markets. In addition to her experience, she has an academic degree from IE Business School, which allows her to apply her analytical skills to a strategic approach to the different aspects of the real estate business and to the creation and consolidation of solid relationships with clients. Committed in her spare time to social volunteering and sustainability projects, Francisca is passionate about photography, meditation and reading as an escape from the adrenaline and commitment she puts into her work.
António Puerta da Costa, with a degree in Economics from Nova SBE and a background in both finance and real estate, joins the WORX Agency team as an Advisor & Transaction Consultant. With experience in data analysis, operations and financial models, particularly in the area of providing guarantees, António combines technical knowledge with a clear ability to communicate and create synergies with clients in the best interests of their business. A rugby player with a passion for the sport and for sports that require strong motivation and great physical and psychological endurance, António is prepared to face professional challenges with the same resilience and ability to deliver.
