João Tinoco will join the Capital Markets Department as Head of the Investment Area. With a career spanning nearly 20 years in senior positions in the financial sector and real estate development, excellent academic qualifications and various specializations covering Real Estate Taxation, Valuations and Asset Management, ESG, among many others, João has vast experience in dealing with complex real estate and financial transactions and in negotiating, structuring and concluding real estate investment projects, where his sensitivity and strategic vision for minimizing exposure to risk and boosting profitability have been and will continue to be crucial in building investor confidence and bringing deals to fruition.
A golfer in his spare time, João believes that, even at work, he must cultivate the 3 D’s, the 3P’s and the 3 C’s that characterize a good golfer: desire, determination and discipline; persistence, patience and practice; confidence, concentration and calm. With regard to this new professional challenge, João Tinoco comments: “I’m really looking forward to this new stage, which I feel is essential in the personal and professional investment I’ve made in the sector.
