Office project located in Campo Grande, next to the Alvalade Stadium and the Campo Grande transport hub.
This project is characterised by its size and multidisciplinary services, as it will include a residential development with 200 flats, 4 office plots with a total area of approximately 38,842 sqm, as well as a commercial area in the basement and 5 basement floors with a total of 235 parking spaces per plot.
The office buildings, each with seven floors above ground and a 450 sqm rooftop, have been designed to offer flexible spaces, meeting the diverse needs of companies and new ways of working. In addition, all floors have balconies, providing access to outdoor spaces without the need to go down to the ground floor.
Construction of the first block of offices began in January 2023, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2025. The buildings are being developed with strong sustainability concerns, aiming for LEED Gold certification, and include efficient climate control managed by zones and plenty of natural light.
Campo Novo aims to consolidate a new centrality in Lisbon, providing a perfect symbiosis between housing, work and leisure, with easy access to public transport, cycle paths and the main roads.
