What does a Sales Assistant do?
- Attend to clients, via telephone, email or in person, and refer them to the Investment Consultant;
- Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals and contracts, and follow up on the respective processes;
- Scheduling meetings and visits;
- Keeping the history of contacts and negotiations up to date in the system (CRM);
- Preparing and organizing documents related to the commercial area, such as contracts, property registrations, etc;
- Collaborating with the marketing department on advertising campaigns to attract new business;
- Helping to advertise properties on online platforms, social networks and other channels;
- Supporting the organization of events or activities directly linked to the commercial area.
What are we looking for in a Commercial Assistant?
- Minimum of 1 year’s professional experience;
- Knowledge of and interest in the commercial real estate market;
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and documentation;
- Use of Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Excellent fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), good levels of Spanish are valued;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Focus on customer service;
- Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills;
- Responsibility, rigor and discipline in carrying out activities.
